The future residences will be constructed using brick and natural stone sourced from the Mahajanga region. The structural framework and ceiling heights will allow these charming villas, with their typical character and palm-thatched roofs, to benefit from natural ventilation. The entire project will cover an area of 15 hectares, featuring 40 villas, 16 apartments (lofts), a marina, a 9-hole golf course, and a sports complex.
