KINGA VILLAGE – AMPAZONY
Kinga Village is a 15-hectare estate located by the sea near the village of Ampazone. It is a prestigious residence in a lush, flower-filled, and tree-lined area, with a river meandering through a 9-hole golf course all the way to the beach and a marina with 40 berths.
KINGA VILLAGE – MAJUNGA
KINGA VILLAGE will be an eco-tourism residence located in the village of AMPAZONE, by the sea. This future high-end residence will offer residents and tourists a lush and peaceful environment along the AMPAZONE River, which winds gently through the mangroves, as well as a marina with 40 berths.
KINGA VILLAGE – Luxury residence
The future residences will be constructed from brick and natural stone, in the Mahajanga region. The structure of the framework, along with the high ceilings, will allow around forty high-end villas with typical character, featuring latanier roofs and natural ventilation. Each plot of land will be planted with trees, with the project contributing over 500 trees to the site.
Another highlight of this location is the wind circulation across the entire property, coming from the sea and flowing up the canyon on one side of the site.
KINGA VILLAGE – ANTSANITIA
We will enhance access by creating a direct 2 km road connecting to the main Airport-ANTSANITIA route. This 8-meter-wide road will also serve as a firebreak for the Ampazony community in case of fire. The road will be lined with mango trees, flamboyant trees, and bougainvillea every 10 meters. This flower-lined route will be a hallmark of this unique site in the region.
Naturally wooded, the site boasts several species of citrus and fruit trees, including more than 10 species of mango trees. These century-old trees along the riverbank will lend a unique charm and setting to the project.
